Does not really tell us much more than already written up elsewhere but I believe Wyn Thomas has been writting something more detailed which will become a book in time. Wyn's article is titled a 'Warning From History', myself would all the more write something as the 'Lesson of History which I will in due course. Suffice to say at the moment regards Wyn's article, there is a slight mistake, in an interview I gave him I did refer to my telling Patriots to ''stand down'' as far as going into action in Caernarfon was concerned. I may have used the term 'Units' but as much 'Groups' would have been a better term as 'Units' sounds a bit Military and might make people consider it in association with the Free Wales Army. However, for some little time I and other PF members had generally disassociated ourselves from the FWA and certainly had no say over their 'units' real or immaginary? By 'Units' or preferrably 'Groups' I meant Patriotic Front proto PF Militia developments, that is PF 'Adfywiad Agit - Prop Activists' not needs be armed as would be the FWA and MAC. Even though our bible was the Swiss Army Book Total Resistence, not least with Caernarfon in mind:

There was but four of these 2/3 member 'groups' all based in the South, all four were the 100% dedicated groups with a back up 'autonomous' organisation, for sure ready to 'Go In' to Caernarfon on Investiture day and cause maximum ammount of 'Circus Day Chaos'. It was these four 'Groups' I told to stand down on the basis that it was looking as if I would be sentanced and unable to participate in the militant planned Anti - Investiture Action, thus I would not expect other patriots to risk all whilst I was 'Safe' in Jail. Keeping in mind that of these four groups, their members were devided into two sections; one covert and one overt, those in the covert section would carry out action allowing for them to stay in Wales. However, the covert section would carry out action that might mean they had to return to 'Save Houses' in Scotland and then go abroad maybe for rest of their lives. There were six of us prepared for this, inc myself! how life could have turned out so differently and you might not have me here today nagging you to get off your backsides and become 'Adfywiad Gwladgarol Newydd'.

- 28 visits - 13 DecThis is not the complete story much else to come, sooner as later but suffice to say now this, whilst our Southern Groups stood down many Groups and Individuals in Gwynedd whom I had no say in, did go into action. Caernarfon so heavilly under Military occupation had become an 'Hard Target' but all over Gwynedd there were plenty of 'Soft Targets'. Afywiadwyr Gwynedd then was well to the fore on the Front Line, as were isolated patriotic resistence elsewhere, their story I will detail little maybe in next post.
