Politically, possibly the Welsh Independence Party came near to the below, in idealism 'Y Cyfamodwyr' could have become an 'ideal' but sadly allowed itself to become distracted into radical 'Cultural Nationalism'. As for a 'Spirit & Soul' then one should look back to Cofiwn - Cymric Consciosness Campaigning Movement.
Would MCCR be Republican? Not needs be for two reasons, the one being that MCCR sets out to Liberate the Nation, this done the people will decide then on matters of 'Sovereignty' as possibly presented by 'Sofraniaeth', such that is 'National':

Whatever? I am leaving this to the future to worry and be
concerned about as Plaid Cymru I forecast will decline
and demise and it's 'New Hydro' elements possibly
would find home with a more Welsh Conservativism.
Who knows rural Wales might see a 'Farmers Party' arise?
Whilst Plaid's Left gets it together with the Radical
Labour/Socialist Left in Wales to establish a Progressive
Peoples Party akin to the UDB in Brittany?
